Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can also place an order without making an account which is called a Guest Checkout. However, setting up an account will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time when you shop with us. This will also allow you to track your order status and review past purchases.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by going through the following steps:

  • Click on the ‘My Account/Login’ tab
  • Click on ‘Register’ to create a new account
  • Fill in the required information
  • Click on ‘Register’ to create your account

 What if I forget my password?

Click on ‘Forgot Password’ available on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and click on ‘Submit’. A set of instructions will be sent to your registered email to re-set your password. After your credentials have been verified, you will be able to create a new password.

How will I view my order details and history?

Please sign-in to ‘My Account’ to view your order history. Click on the order you wish to view to see the details. This facility is available for the registered customers only & not applicable for guest checkouts.

How do I place an order?

Once you have found the product you want, it’s time to place your order!

  1. Sign in to your online account.
  2. When ordering through the product screen, you can enter the quantity of products that you want in the quantity field and click ‘Add to Cart’.
  3. Clicking on the ‘Add to Cart’ button will redirect you to the Shopping Cart screen where you’ll see a list of the products you’ve selected along with their price, quantity, subtotals and the grand total.
  4. Once you’ve added all products into your shopping cart, click “Proceed to checkout”.
  5. Enter billing and shipping information
  6. Provide payment information
  7. Review and submit your order

How do I know if my order has been placed?

After you place your order on the website, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you to confirm that your order has been placed. This will not, however, indicate if the order has been shipped.

For registered customers, this information may be confirmed under “My Orders” in the Account Dashboard.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can visit the Order history to check your current order status as well as your previous order history.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number with a tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.

In case you are unable to track your order, you may email us at info@divasdesire.com.com with the Order ID.

What is the difference between Order ID and Tracking ID?

Order ID is your unique order number which is given to you once place your order. Tracking ID is sent to you when the order is dispatched and is used to track your order via courier services.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before the item is shipped.

Can I add items to the existing order or make changes to an order?Regrettably, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order once the order has been processed. We don’t accommodate any changes to the already order. We suggest that the customer cancels the earlier placed order within 24 hours of and places a new one.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

For now, only Cash on Delivery is applicable for orders placed in Pakistan.

What are the shipping charges for international orders?

International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment along with the applicable duties (if any). Estimate your shipping charges by simply adding items to the shopping cart and entering your delivery address.

What is the delivery time?

All orders will be delivered by our courier service providers within 3-5 working days within Pakistan and 3-5 working days for international orders.

How do I check delivery status?

On dispatch, you will be provided with a Tracking ID for your order via email and SMS. You can log on to Trax websites for local and international order respectively, insert your Tracking ID and track your order or contact our Customer Care.

In case I am unavailable to receive my order the first time, how many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.

What if an incorrect/damaged item is delivered to me?

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you will have the option of returning/exchanging it at one of our store locations or by courier. Kindly get in touch with our Customer Care for further information

What if an incomplete order is delivered to me?

Full care is taken to ensure that no incomplete order is shipped out. However, in case such a mishap occurs, you can get in touch with our Customer Care to identify the issue and we will rectify it at the earliest.

What is the procedure for cancelling an order?

Order cancellation is dependent on whether or not it has been shipped to the designated location. Send your order cancellation request to Customer Care. If the order has been shipped, however, you may exchange the product in accordance with our Return policies.

We have the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or payment declination by the issuing financial institution.

If an item is out of stock what should I do?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.

Please keep checking the website regularly to remain abreast of updated stock content.
